The 2014 NRECA Annual Meeting is scheduled to take place in New Nashville, Tennessee, February 27 - March 6. Director Education Programs will take place February 27 - March 2, the Annual Meeting will run March 2 - 5, and the TechAdvantage Conference & Expo will be held March 3 - 5.
The event registration and hotel reservation site on www.cooperative.com will be launched in late November so cooperatives can register for the meeting and make hotel reservations online. Note that an event registration must be completed before a hotel reservation can be made.
Please be sure to register & make hotel reservations early so you don't miss the chance for a room at the same hotel as the rest of the Minnesota delegation!
Each co-op is responsible for making their hotel reservations after registering for the event. The Minnesota delegation has been assigned to the Best Western Downtown Convention Center, 711 Union Street, Nashville, TN 37291, www.bestwestern.com, (Hotel Map). The negotiated group rate is $139 single/double occupancy. Please contact NRECA's Housing Center for assistance with questions or issues regarding hotel reservations at email@example.com or (866) 229-3691. NRECA Housing sets hotel contracts and deadlines so please work with them to resolve individual issues.
How do I make substitutions or name changes? How do I make room cancellations? How do I make changes to arrival/departure dates?
Answers: All changes and cancellations can be made directly online by clicking on the "Change" link that can be found on your reservation confirmation email. If you are unable to access this link or are not able to find your confirmation email, you may also email the NRECA Housing Center at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance in making any necessary changes and cancellations.
