May 1, 2018 (Tues. 1:00-4:30pm)

Through a variety of activities and discussions, you will examine your role as a communicator and fellow employee.  You will learn to build a positive environment by giving constructive feedback, handling defensiveness, and listening effectively. You will also explore the rapid rate of change, the forces that are driving that change, and the impact on the shifting face of a more unique and diverse workforce. You will use interactive activities to explore and challenge your understanding of the unique differences in expectations and communication among the various generations within your co-ops' workforce.
