Due to the popularity of this event, we ask that you provide all team member names up front and pay for your team via credit card upon checkout to ensure participation.  We appreciate your support of Minnesota's Burn Centers.

MREA burn center benefit mission

To provide relief for the families of burn victims in our cooperative family when they need it most and support the hospitals in providing the latest technology to ensure that Minnesotans receive the best treatment possible. A small percentage of the proceeds go to the Rural Electric Cooperative Fund, a 501(c)3 to collect funds for cooperative employees or members experiencing natural disaster, illness, injury, death of a loved one or other tragedies.

Registration and donation Instructions

  1. Indicate if you are registering a team of four. (Team registrations max is 54)
    If you are not attending the event, but will sponsor by giving a donation (hit the registration button above, then) select DONATION as your required ticket, then select the optional ticket with the amount of your donation.
  2. Enter all team member names. (Team registrations is a maximum of 54)
  3. Use the optional tickets to select donation amounts.

Tournament fees

Golf team of four: $500


Sponsorship opportunities (Deadline to enter sponsorship is July 2, 2020)

Champion sponsorship: $1,500 - Includes a logo on the MREA golf event registration page, a verbal mention at the award ceremony, a hole sponsor sign and a booth opportunity at a hole.

Eagle sponsorship: $500 - Includes a hole sponsor sign and a booth opportunity at the hole.

Birdie (Hole) sponsorship: $300 - Includes a sign at a hole.

Putting green sponsorship: $100 - Includes a sign at the putting green.

Schedule - rain or shine

      8:30 - 9:30: Registration/check-in.

      9:30: Shotgun start

      2:30-3:00: Awards program (due to COVID-19 regulations the dinner has been cancelled at this time)

Prizes and rules
This is a four person, scramble tournament. Awards will be given for 1st, 2nd and a "surprise place." The tournament also features contests including men's/women's longest drive and longest putt. Men and women will tee off from their individual boxes. Mulligans will be available for purchase before the tournament begins (Rules: 1 per person; 4 per team). Club rules will be observed throughout the tournament.
