Our group – your potential customers – includes 75 – 90 line superintendents from electric distribution cooperatives throughout Minnesota and the six generation and transmission cooperatives that provide power to the Minnesota electric cooperatives. Connect with employees who make purchasing decisions about the equipment and tools used by operations employees in the field. 


Please thoroughly review all the registration and sponsorship options on the following page. There are also choices to reserve an additional table and order complimentary electricity. The trade show attendance fee is $50.00/per person and includes one 6 ft. display table, hors d'oeuvres plus free wine, beer and soda. Vendor Members will receive one complimentary trade show registration when sponsoring the event. Payment online with a credit card or mailing a check to MREA prior to the event is required.


Setup and Sign in at MREA Registration Table: 3:00 pm

New Product and Services Presentation: 3:30

Trade Show: 4:30 pm - 6:30 pm 

Door Prizes: Drawings will begin at 6:30 pm. If interested, bring a door prize valued at $25.00 or more.  Hats, T-shirts, and small gifts can be given at tables.

If planning to invite attendees out for dinner, please make reservations after 7:15 pm.

Cancellation/Substitution Policy

Cancellations up to four business days prior to start of a program may:

a.      Immediately transfer the registration to another employee or

b.      Receive a refund, less a $25 cancellation fee.

Cancellations less than four business days prior to start of a program may:

a.      Immediately transfer the registration to another employee or

b.      Receive a 50% refund of the registration fee.

Please note that cancellations not made prior to the first day of the program will be charged the full registration fee.  A substitute may be sent in place of the original attendee
