Kandiyohi Power Cooperative is seeking a self-motivated individual for the full-time position of Communication Specialist/Customer Service Representative.

 

Primary responsibilities to include marketing and communication support as well as customer service and assistance.  Duties will include facilitating communications and assisting with the coordination of events, both internally and externally, for public, members and employees; managing website communications as well as other social media platforms; and providing courteous, friendly customer service in person and over the phone.

 

Bachelors or Associates degree in communications, journalism, marketing, public relations, graphic arts or an equivalent combination of education and experience in marketing or communications field preferred.    Knowledge, skills and abilities should be strong in the following areas:  interpersonal skills, written and verbal communications, organizational and planning abilities, efficient management of multiple projects and deadlines.
