Here is an update today from Kirk Johnson, NRECA, indicating the 45Q provisions we have been advocating for have been included in the Senate version of the CR: "The tax extenders package was included in the CR for the Geothermal, Nuclear, and Carbon Capture tax credits we’ve been advocating for over the past 2 years. And it is not just a 1-year extension, but the full extension/phase out of the geothermal tax credit we were seeking (to parallel the treatment wind and solar received) and the nuclear and carbon capture tax credits are modified as we preferred." This was a specific item we visited with our Senators about..... great to see it moving forward!
